Samsung does not stand behind their product.Inside door glass cracked on my Steam Washer and they refuse to cover it. They say it is physical damage. It is like a windshield of a car getting a chip in it then spreading. Product was highly recommended. Now I would NEVER purchase another Samsung product. read full review »
