My telephone wire has worn out &either my phone remains dead or out of order.The telephone set is also very old of 1980s.We keep complaining to the bsnl, Indore but nothing has been done so far.When we wanted to get our line disconnected they tell us only to get in writing from their dept. that they are unable to solve the problem .I feel so helpless.I have kept paying the rental whereas my phone remains unused due to the above problems.Last Saturday17 april, the lineman, Mr. Bhadoria came& said he would do the needful but nothing ha... read full review »
