Through a live chat window I booked a hire car with Car-Hire-UK. I gave them all my credit card details. After that I googled their company to find this website. I told the person I wanted to cancel the order and he said that I could not do so. I argued that he hadn't confirmed with me that the car rental had been approved, but he told me to check my email. He said that a 500 pound deposit needed to be made 4 weeks before the hire as an insurance deposit.
