Booked with www.bestbookingcentral.com for the Expo hotel in Valencia about 1 week before we were due to checkin got an email saying booking at been cancelled. When I questioned them all they said was my credit card company had requested the money back. Spoke to my credit card company who said they sent no such request. Moss Travel then said my card would be refunded in 7-10 working days. It is now 18 working days and still no refund! When you call the phone number it just cuts out, never get a reply to my emails, I am now going to try and write to my credit card company to see if they will refund as a gesture - what else can I do? read full review »
