After 6 months of trying to get citi bankj/sears to remove fraudulent charges we still have no results. It is ok to charge fraudulent amounts to your sears/ citibank credit cards because thery will drown you in paperwork, ask for the same information you have sent to them 3 times already, and in the end they don't act on your information. We had a company (worldwide grant university charge 6 differant amounts undert 6 differant company name totaling $240.00 and since march 2009 have tried without success to have them removed... read full review »
