I have been over charged on my cell phone account from December 2009, and whenever i call mtn i am given a ref. no. and told to wait for 22 days. In the mean time my cellphones a disconnected ( service suspended ) and every month the bill just increases. I have also visited an mtn outlet to lodge a complaint but nothing has come of it .
