I purchased some perfume in October 2009, it never arrived. I cancelled the order after several weeks and asked for a refund, never received it. I rang, wrote to them and emailed many many times- I even had some responses from a person there called RADI (do not trust this person), just a series of broken promises and rubbish. I in the end had to give up or lose my sanity. When you go on the website now, its interesting to see they now list themselves as selling electronics!
