We had a credit card approval machine leased from Northern Leasing. The machine broke and we tried for two days to reach their customer service dept. We gave up, got a new machine from another company, and cancelled our lease payments which were automatically deducted from our bank account each month. They called and asked about us continuing payment. I told them their customer service dept. was unreachable when we needed them so we had to get a new machine from another company and we were not going to continue lease payments for a machine... read full review »
