As other PODS users said, making arraignments for pick up and delivery is not easy. There were problems with their so called book keeping from the beginning as well. I must have a half a dozen emails I saved documenting problems with their accounting as well. When I made arraignments to pick up their last POD I told the lady give me the final bill as I am sending a check to pay my account in full.
