Hi, I am writing to let you know my sisters horrible experience with kmart. Today April 27, she went to kmart in Enid Ok. to pick up 12 items. While she was getting rung up the computer crashed. So the cashier rung it up again. She stood their for over 45 minutes waiting for the computer to work. It was extremely hot inside the store, She was sweating. She is disabled and asked the manager for a drink of water4 times. She said she felt like she was going to pass out.
