Booked a flight for my family of 5 pax online and after putting in my credit details, it tried to verify and after a long pause, showed an error page. So I had to restart the booking and managed to complete the booking the 2nd time. The shock came when I received my credit card bill and it appeared I was billed twice for 2 bookings. I tried to call qantas to refund the duplicate booking but not only did they refused, they were rude and unhelpful. I could only get a credit voucher which can be utilized by the same names booked.
