Hello. I downloaded a Norton antivirus trial, but immediately got a virus and had to take my computer to the shop to be recovered. I assumed that since the program ( Norton antivrus) was removed from my computer, I wouldn't be charged once the trial period was up. I have a $77.00 charge on my credit card, and a damaged computer with no Norton antivirus to show for it. Please give me the information to contact someone to remove these charges. read full review »
