Hi i booked a hotel to checkin on May 1, 2010 via Moss Travel and this website, theytook fubds via my credit card, provided me with hotel voucher. Then April 28 i receive an email saying that i had requested chargebacjk from my bank and that they have cancelled the reservation due to security reason. I did not cancel any holiday, so i phoned the hotel directly and sent them the email of the booking confirmation and they had never even received this booking. they are as surprised as me. I beIeive bank account where the funds went to is in Turkey. I will be contacting Watchdog and the police to recover my funds. read full review »
