I cannot begin to explain my disgust in Standard Bank with the pathetic service and turn-around time on a home-loan application that was submitted on 14 April 2010. Due to Standard Bank's slow / no-service we ended up losing a property which we have set our hearts on. Standard Bank failed to give me any answer before my cut-off date for bond approval after I have made several attempts from my side to speed-up the process.
