Work with the US Military here in Germany and puchased a Samsung Side by Side fridge for my house. Paid nearly 1500 euros for this thing and after 2 years it has stopped functioning. After doing some internet research it seems that Samsung has a MAJOR issue with their side by side refrigerators that they have chosen not to address. Called the Samsung Service Center here in Germany and was told they will do nothing about it until we fix it and submit a bill.
