Very poor alterations done on a suit jacket when I returned the next day I spoke to a person who said that they don't have the machine to do the job correctly. We went back two hours later to speak to the manager who told me she would not be giving me a refund but they should have told me that they did not have the proper machine to do the stitching before I left the item and then I would have gone to my tailer in Kitchener instead. I still need to take this item to a real tailer to get the job done correctly so I will need to pay twice... read full review »
