we bought a maytag washer 7 yrs ago and it never worked properly from day one. we/ve had a repairman out almost yearly and always told me just run it till it breaks. (we had a warranty) well, now the transmission is shot and it's been three weeks waiting for the part. I WILL NEVER BUY A MAYTAG OR FROM SEARS AGAIN AS THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES. I HOPE THIS GETS TO THE BIG SHOTS UPSTAIRS, BECAUSE ANYONE I KNOW WILL HEAR ABOUT YOUR SERVICE. my husband has been a sears customer for 50 years and we will not be customers anymore. read full review »
