I purchased a 2010 Chev Traverse this year in my deal I was promised 3 free years of Nav system updates. I contacted GM and they told me they were sorry but had discontinued these free updates. They want $199 for an updated Nav disc. How can you promise someone this and decide you are just going to discontinue this program. This cannot be legal. Is there anyone else with this problem a class action suit needs to be started GM needs to honor their promise to all the people who purchase a chev car with a nav system and promised these free updates for three years.
