I had placed an order for one 1.5 Ton Voltas Vetris 2 Star Window AC from Homeshop18 on 14/4/2010 vide order No. 703467542 for Rs.18000/-. I was foolish enough and have made payment of Rs.18000/- through my Credit Card as I was informed by the customer care of Homeshop18 that the product would be delivered at the most within 6-10 days. On verification from the "Track Your Order" option of the Homeshop18, I could see the information that the consignment has been handed over to the Courier.
