Sir, We have a Bharat gas connection # 3458 from Prasanth Gas Agency, Cherthala, Alleppey, Kerala. We have noticed gas leakage from the cylinder received last. On complaining, one tech attended the fault, but he could not locate or rectify the fault. When contacted the dealer, he asks us to bring the regulator to their office. Here we have checked the regulator with another cylinder from our neighbor and found the regulator OK. After many complaints, the agency is not attending the leakage. The poor/negative response from the dealer cause us difficulty in managing the day to day house hold works. Harilal read full review »
