I booked the Crowne Plaza in Singapore with Moss travel / Bestbookings central - they took my money and sent me a voucher. When I checked out of hotel they had not received the payment. I contacted Moss travel and was told my bank had cancelled booking and they have refunded the money. Neither of these things are true - I did not cancel and they have not refunded my payment. Have now paid rack rate for hotel and moss travel! Very unhappy senior traveller! read full review »
