I cancelled an order the same day I placed it. They refused to stop the order and are charging me re-stocking fees. I am getting the run-around, various e-mails from both Sears and K. Mart. The toll free number informed me to refuse the order. This was placed on A friday-yet they refused to cancel the order and shipped it out at a later date.
