We ate at Pizza Hut, Fulham Gardens and were appalled at the type of food they offer for the price. There was a 10% surchage because it was a public holiday. The base, which was thin & crispy instead of the perfecto ordered, tasted like cardboard, the toppings were sparse and then when we complained about it, it took them nearly 2 months to reply with a letter of apology. I'm sorry but when I complain about a big chain, such as pizza hut or mcdonald's i expect to get a free meal, equivalent of the complaint. I would never eat there again. read full review »
