Last month I booked a cylinder in indane via phone. My consumer number is 27432. They told me that I would receive the gas cylinder within 15 days. And finally when I received the cylinder, I found that it was expired in 2009. I told the man who brought the cylinder from Indane about it immediately. He saw and agreed that it was expired.
