I am suffering one of the worst experiences after buying an LG Spilt AC on 15/04/2010. The model I bought is a 5-star, latest technology, highest end dual display model. The first day it was installed(17/04/2010), the horizontal wings could not be started by the installer. (authorised installer from LG). A formal complaint had to be lodged and an service engineer came in (quite promptly though to be honest) and corrected it by changing some wire connection inside the room unit.
