This is my first time, make a hotel reservation for Baiyoke Boutique Hotel and Hotels2Thailand.com bill me through my credit card. Everytime i make a reservation, i pay upon hotel check-in. Due to the Bangkok protest which last for a couple of months, my flight has changes and I would like to cancel the hotel reservation. The customer support is going to refund me the total amount - 7% due to bank transfer fee. This is ridiculous. I have never come across making a 7% charges due to cancellation of reservation.
