My first appointment was cancelled without notice whatsoever. Second appointment they fixed one thing, but not the other thing. Washer was not spinning inside; that was fixed. But the washer still was not spinning the water out so I had to manually wring the clothes out and put them in the dryer sopping wet. And of course it took 3 hours to dry that load.
