This company does not include VAT in their quotation until after you have confirmed the booking and so commited yourself. Nor do they quote a VAT number on their web site or email confirmation. I am certain they are breaking the VAT laws and also mis-selling their services this way. Another point to watch out for. They ask you to scan and send copies of your driving licence and utility bill in a follow up email, putting you at real risk of identity theft. Once you have sent these details, they have your both card details and copies of your key ID documents. This is seriously worrying me.
