HSBC took over our GMAC account. My wife got it late and screwedup so I called in January and set up teh account in a "re-age" program so after 3 equal payments it would be "re-aged" and back to normal. They took out the funds from my bank via electronic payment. Then at the end of the 3 months they informed us that we owed 300 and sum dollars because the re-age payments where 38 dollars short for the 3 months of payments.
