Hi, This is in relation to the horrible experience I had while visiting the hotel Perola Dos Anjos in Lisbon. I would sincerely ask booking.com to have a surprise visit to check the condition of the hotel. Additionally, booking.com should also have a background check before any hotel is posted in booking.com portal. 1. First of all, this is not a hotel, it is just a floor where in some rooms are given on rent. 2. Bathroom is shared although it is nowhere mentioned in the site. 3.
