Monday, April 26, 2010 To Lufthansa Airlines: I am writing to report an unpleasant event that occurred on Saturday April 24th when I was checking in for my flight in Tunisia. This incident that involved appalling customer service from your checking agent in the Carthage Airport in Tunisia has spurred me to file a formal complaint with Lufthansa and report the actions of this agent.
