I called Citibank Cardmember Services on February 2, 2010 to find out how to deal with a problem I’ve had with a Sears Credit Card that is issued by Citibank. After I had been on hold for several minutes, I was disconnected. I redialed and was connected to another customer service representative who did not identify herself nor did she give me a chance to explain why I was calling and only responded by saying that she does not handle Sears Credit Card calls.
