I recently purchased a set of speakers for my desk top computer and found they were faulty. I returned them but my only proof of purchase was a bank statement. They gave me an instore 'red voucher'. I returned two months later to buy a dvd with voucher (cost $9.00) and they would not give me another voucher for the balance. ($25).
