Dear Sir, I bought a 1.5 Ton Samsung Split A/C through M/s.Ragavendra Agency, Tirupattur, Vellore District on 11-Sep-2008.At present i am facing some problem in the Cooling and Informed the agency 2 weeks back.Till now they didnt attended the call and also response is very poor.Service persons working with M/s.Ragavendra Agency are freshers and not proper in fitting the A/c.Kindly I request you to take action on this at the earliest and i feel wrongly i bought through this agency which is very poor in service all point of time.
