I have subscribed for the HT newspaper. I have given the cheque of Rs.. 199 dated 4/11/2009, but till date (6 months now), I have not received any coupons from your side. My form number is 560788. I'm doing continuous followup from last 2 months. Every time I make a call, my call is kept on hold for almost 5 mins. (literally 5 mins. and that's each time) with the reason of checking status.
