Dear Sir, We have sent our Maruti Vehicle (Alto) to Rana Motors a dealer of Maruti Udyog Ltd. to get the proper repair done. But this dealer could not provide us satisfactory repair work despite billed a huge amount of Rs.3000/- and more. When we have made complaint that your service work is not satisfactory and vehicle again reporting same problem withen a month of repair work and requested the dealer to do the same repair work free of cost since we have already paid a huge amount.
