I went to Pizza hut’s new outlet at Clifton Boat Basin yesterday and came across one of the staff members who behaved very rudely during an argument over a billing issue. I haven’t come across such impolite behavior towards a customer in any local eatery, let alone at an esteemed multinational restaurant such as Pizza Hut. When I lodged a complaint at Pizza Hut’s UAN number, I was redirected to the same branch’s restaurant manager who glossed over the incident without even apologizing or trying to locate the responsible staffer.
