I was considerig taking out a loan with this company however didn't go through with it. They went and took money from my account anyway without even giving me a loan! I was making payments for a loan I didn't even take out. When I rang tehm, after over an hour of waiting, the woman gave me an email address to contact and said i'd get a refund-the email address was invalid. So i went on the website and found an alternative address and emailed them. I still haven't heard anything after 3 days. Will have to try and ring them tomorrow. How could they take money out of my account when UI didn't even take out a loan?? read full review »
