I booked flight on line with British Midland International from Birmingham to Frankfurt for 24th May for two passengers and was charged a total amount of GBP 453.28 Due to uncertainty of flight caused by volcanic ash I cancelled the flights online on 17th May and was advised that refund would be made to my credit card within 7 days. Out of the total amount of GBP 453.28 only GBP 48.00 has been refunded to my card and my email complaint has not been attended to. read full review »
