I, stupidly, signed up for their free trial using my PayPal account, thinking I would be protected if the product didn't work. I was never able to use the service on my computer and called to cancel. I could never reach a live human being, only an aswering machine, where I repeatedly left messages. I found out on day 15 that my paypal account was charge a recurring fee of 21.99.
