May 22, 2010 I renewed my service for $ 64.65 on line and the service was installed. I received "Norton running scan" messages. Yesterday I received a "you have 357 days left on your subscription" message. When I went to click on the Norton icon on my desk top it had disappeared. I went to Control Panel Add/Remove to locate it and the whole program has disappeared so I have no protection. I have spent two hours trying to locate some way to contact them and it is impossible to do so. I want my money back but how can I get it? read full review »
