Sir, My connection no is 200531376173 . during the last week of the May the connection went out of order itself. showing type (1 ) error sometime or connection failure. The same was communicated to customer care center which in turn said the same will be rectified but no such rectification done but the balance in my account deducted without my knowledge. while inquiring the center has said the engineer has made the visit but when he visited could not tell me.
