Dear Sir, I Mr. Rajesh Bandodkar residence of Goa India bought a 22" LCD TV, from Shetye Sales Syndicate Pvt.Ltd. on 27/04/2009. Make - Samsung, Model-LA22A450CILXL, Product Serial No.-10443PDS401326A. Exactly after 1 year of warranty and 1 month the picture screen went blanks. I want to ask the manufacturer whether they are manufacturing their product to last just one year or really they mean quality product which will last for years.
