I had purchased split AC from lg India in jan 2004, Now PCB is not working. I am following customer care from last 15 days, they are giving me flipflop answer, intialiy told me they will replace within two days, after 2-3 days they said to me it is not available in pune, demanding from noida, today they told me that your model is outdated company cannot supply spare parts after 5 years . please reply me too.
