Started out nice enough because the service tech was honest and helpful. He got us a warranty repair because the parts that failed should not have even after the warranty period. He told us that parts would be sent to the house and for us to call and tell Sears repair when they arrived. The day the parts arrived we got a call from Sears rescheduling the repair date.
