Citibank Sucks!!! Please do not think of using them as a financial institution. When you authorize payments to come out of your account, Citibank holds the money for days at a time, and then everything tries to come out at the same time, which puts the account into overdraft. When you call customer service to find out what is going on they are horrible, don't know what you are talking about, and transfer you to different representatives, only to get the run around.
