I scheduled a move with this company from New Orleans to Chicago two months in advance. I was told they were on the BBB and spoke with a friendly representative several times to figure out the details of the move. On the day they were scheduled to pick up my belongings, they called the hour of the pickup time and said their truck broke down. A few hours later they said their driver was in the hospital.
