I booked a 9 seater minivan for a day trip for my daughters birthday and her friends. I was quoted £115.99 for 1 days hire. AFTER I had sent copies of my license and proof of address, they rang me to say that the vehicle was not available, the booking was canceled and there would be no charge to my debit card.
