Brought 55" LCD TV, 8 weeks after delivery fault with picture, shop manager quite aggressive when we complained & not helpful at all! We paid £2, 000 for tv & £639 for PREMIER CLUB protction, what a waste of money, we were entitled to a loan tv which just happened to be 32", when they finally came to take our tv away the loan one was covered in paint we sent them back with it, when they came 2nd time they tried to put our 55" tv in a 32" box obviously that didn't work they told us they would be 15 min... read full review »
