Dear Sir, I was a consumer of Indane Gas since 1987 in Mayiladuthurai Town. After the introduction of Vignesh Bharat Gas Agency in Mayiladuthurai, I was shifted to the new agency under consumer No.5173. From the day one I was shifted, I was not given prompt delivery of cooking gas cylinder. I have to telephone several times to the agency to get a refill.
